Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Cork Gully, 9 Greyfriars Road, Reading RG1 1JG, on Tuesday, 23rd March 1999, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 10.45 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of laying before the Meetings an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and giving an explanation of it; and determining whether the Joint Liquidators shall have their release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. J. M.
