At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Friends House, Euston Road, London N.W.1, on 21st January 1999, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution, respectively: “That the Company be wound voluntarily, and that John Walters, of Chichester House, High Street, Ditchling, Sussex BN6 8SY, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” J.
