Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BBK, 311 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London N.12, on Tuesday, 23rd March 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liqudiator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
