I, David Crew Knight, of 18 Tregarvon Road, London SW11 5QE, hereby give notice of my appointment as Liquidator to the above Company, on 10th February 1999, by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry. Creditors who have not proved their debts should forward their proof of debt to me. I do not propose to summon a General Meeting of the Company’s Creditors for the purpose of establishing a Creditors’ Committee pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, unless requested to do so by Creditors.
