KINGPINE LIMITED
Upon hearing the foregoing Petition this day in presence of Counsel for the petitioners
Trevor Singleton and Dorothy Singleton, and having read the affidavit of Trevor Singleton
sworn at Douglas on 14th July 1998, and the affidavit of Dorothy Singleton sworn at
Douglas on 14th July 1998, and the other documents produced, and having heard Counsel
upon consideration had thereof, it is ordered that Kingpine Limited “the Company”
be wound up by his Court under the provisions of the Companies Acts 1931 to 1993,
David Peter Craine, Accountant of Browne Craine & Co., Burleigh Manor, Peel Road,
Douglas be and he is hereby appointed Provisional Liquidator of the affairs of the
Company and deemed to be Official Receiver in the winding-up of the Company in terms
of section 174 of the Companies Act 1931, and in terms of section 184 of the Companies
Act 1931 the Provisional Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised to appoint and
Advocate to assist him in any legal matters arising in the course of the winding-up
of the Company and the costs of and incidental to the said Petition be paid out of
the assets of the Company.
It will be the duty of such persons as are liable to make out or concur in making
out a statement of affairs as the Official Receiver may require and to attend on the
Official Receiver at such time and place as the Official Receiver may appoint and
to give him all the information as he may require.
