At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Loughborough University, Ashby Road, Loughborough, on 8th January 1999, at 11.30 a.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter Leonard Thurston, of Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” D.
