Notice is hereby given, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned in this matter under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. The Meetings will be held at the offices of BKR Haines Watts, Newater House, 11 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3NY, on 24th March 1999, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively.
