Notice is hereby given to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at The Estate Office, Osberton Hall, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S81 0UG, on Friday, 19th March 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members and to receive the report of the Joint Liquidators showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.
