THE BABERGH DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (PIN MILL, CHELMONDISTON CAR PARK) AMENDMENT ORDER 1999

Notice is hereby given that the Babergh District Council, in accordance with the powers conferred on them by section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and all other enabling powers propose to make the above Order. The effect of the Order is to revise the Babergh District Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Pin Mill, Chelmondiston Car Park) Order 1996 including the increase of the charge from 20p to 30p per hour or part thereof for the parking of cars and motorcycles between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day of the year as described in the Schedule to the 1996 Order. The parking place referred to in the Order is The Pin Mill Car Park, Chelmondiston. A copy of the proposed Order and a copy of the statement setting out the Authority’s reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected at the Council Offices, Corks Lane, Hadleigh, Ipswich, Suffolk, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive. Anyone wishing to object to this Order should send their objections, in writing, to the undersigned by 8th March 1999. J. D.
