Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, Silkhouse Court, Tithebarn Street, Liverpool L2 2LE, on Wednesday, 10th March 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respecitvely, to receive an account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator.
