THE BROMLEY (ORPINGTON AREA) (PARKING PLACES) ORDER 1990 (AMENDMENT NO. 10) ORDER 1999.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 9th February 1999, made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 of the Local Government Act 1985, which will come into operation on 22nd February 1999. The general effect of the Order will be as stated in the notice of proposal published in The London Gazette dated 23rd December 1998, Issue No. 55348, Ref. (493). A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the ground that its is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
