Notice is hereby given that the Final General Meeting of the above Company, called under the provisions of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 1 Blythswood Square, Glasgow G2 4AD, on 19th March 1999, at 2.15 p.m. The Meeting is called to receive the Liquidator’s account and any explanations he may give and to authorise the destruction of the Company’s records.
