HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 116 AND SCHEDULE TWELVE
Notice is hereby given that application will be made by the Conwy County Borough Council to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Conway Road, Llandudno on 19th March 1999, at 10 a.m., for an Order that a certain highway, being neither a trunk road nor a special road, in the Community of Cerrigydrudion described in the Schedule hereto and shown on the plan mentioned below, shall be authorised to be stopped up, on the ground that it is unnecessary. The plan mentioned above may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the offices of the Chief Legal Officer, Bodlondeb, Conwy, and will be displayed on the Community Council Notice Board, situated within the Church Wall in The Square, Cerrigydrudion. Schedule That part of the un-named Class II road in the Community of Cerrigydrudion, commencing at its junction with the B4501 at grid reference 9587 4934 and running in a south-westerly direction for 111 metres to the boundary fence of Hendre-bach at grid reference 9577 4929 at a width of 3 metres. Footpath rights will be retained at the south-western end at grid reference 957 492 as shown on the map annexed to the Order. The area of land to be stopped up which will not form part of the footpath and which will revert to the adjacent landowners comprises an area of approximately 333 square metres and is shown hatched on the said map. 28th January 1999.
