Take notice that on 31st October 1998, Marcus Rebuck formerly resigned as and ceased to be a Partner in the firm BEVERIDGE ROSS & PREVEZER, trading at 10-11 New Street, London EC2M 4TP. All rights, duties, obligations, responsibilities and liabilities of the said Marcus Rebuck as a Partner in the firm ceased from 31st October 1998. The retirement of Marcus Rebuck does not constitute a Dissolution of the Partnership. On and after 31st October 1998, the Partnership is constituted and continued by the following partners: Malcolm Charles Rhett Beveridge, Mark Stephen Prevezer, Richard Gary Marshall, Timothy Milton, Michael Shapiro, Roger Levitt and Joseph Cohen. 21st January 1999.
