Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, on 15th March 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up.
