NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY LICENCES TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Westfield Farms (Manea) Limited, of Biggins Farm, Biggins Road, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire, are applying to the Environment Agency to vary three licences to abstract water.
The first application is to vary Licence Serial No. 6/33/52/S/162 to abstract water from district drains of the Manea and Welney District Drainage Commissioners between National Grid References TL 4660 8735 to 4738 8843 at Byall Fen Farm, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire, and Biggins Farm, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire.
The variation being applied for is to add land at Byall Fen Drove, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire, and Little Parts Drove, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire, and additional abstraction points between National Grid References TL 4670 8814 to 4700 8795 and TL 4690 8848 to 4723 8825.
The second variation is to vary Licence Serial No. 6/33/53/S/606 to abstract water from a district drain of the Wimblington Combined Internal Drainage Board at National Grid Reference TL 459 894 at Newghant Drove, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire.
The variation being applied for is to add land at Little Parts Drove and Toll Drove, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire, and additional abstraction points between National Grid References TL 4650 8860 to 4670 8846 and TL 4660 8867 to 4675 8852.
The third variation is to vary Licence Serial No. 6/33/52/S/164 to abstract water from a district drain of the Manea and Welney District Drainage Commissioners at National Grid Reference TL 4660 8735 at Biggins Farm and Byall Fen Farm, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire.
The variation being applied for is to remove all land that is currently on the licence at Biggins Farm and Byall Fen Farm, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire.
A copy of the applications and any maps, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Biggins Farm, Biggins Road, Manea, March, Cambridgeshire, between 22nd January and 26th February 1999.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period.
