NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of York Road Leisure Limited (No. 02916622) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 27th October 1998, pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 25th November 1994, and made between Frogmore Investments Limited (1) the Company (2) and 33-37 Hare Street Limited (3), situated at First Floor, 1 Green’s End Road, Woolwich, London, as the same is more particularly described in the said lease the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 6th November 1998.
