Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings with the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the Board Room, of Kidsons Impey, Dunedin House, 45 Percy Street, Hull, on Monday, 18th February 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes provided in the said section. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. A. D.
