At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Barclays Bank Plc, 1-4 River Front, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 3ZZ, on 14th January 1999, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Graham Geoffrey King of 3 College Street, St. Albans AL3 4PW, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” P.
