Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, on 23 February 1999, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
