In order to formally establish the claims of Creditors against the Companies, notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the Companies are required, on or before 12th February 1999, to send in writing their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to David James Waterhouse and David Noel Wilson, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP, the Joint Liquidators of the said Companies. If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidators, such Creditors, either personally or by their Solicitors, shall attend at such time and place as shall be specified by the Joint Liquidators to prove their debts and claims. In default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. A proof of debt is a document stating the amount of the Creditor’s claim and (subject to Rule 4.76 of the Insolvency Rules 1986) may be in any form. D. J. Waterhouse and D. N.
