HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 90A

CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD HUMPS, PLATT AVENUE, SANDBACH

Notice is hereby given that Congleton Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made with Cheshire County Council, propose to construct road humps in the undermentioned location for the purpose of calming traffic speeds. All humps will have tapered sides and will extend across the full width of carriageway.
Platt Avenue, Sandbach: Full length from Middlewich Road to Elworth Street 75 millimetres in height, 3.7 metres in length.
Full details of the proposals may be inspected at the office of the undersigned, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Objections to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing to the undersigned, not later than Monday, 8th February 1999.
