Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent BR2 9EQ, on 15th February 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having accounts laid before them showing the manner in which the windings-up have been conducted and to receive any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
