Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of Members and Creditors of Percy Limited will be held at 92 Micklegate, York YO1 6JX, on 25th January 1999, at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
