Notice is hereby given, under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Rendell Thompson, 125 Portway, Wells, Somerset, on Tuesday, 26th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively. The Meetings are called for the purpose of laying before them an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meetings will also determine whether the Liquidator shall have his release in accordance with section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at the Liquidator’s offices at 125 Portway, Wells, Somerset BA5 2BR, no later than 12 noon on the preceding day. J.
