Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare First and Final Dividends in the above matters, and that if you do not establish your claim to the satisfaction of the Court within 35 days of the date of this notice, or such later date as the Court may fix, your claim will be expunged, and I shall proceed to pay Final Dividends without regard to such claim.
