Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of Members of Mount Pleasant Properties Limited will be held at 47 London Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 4PS, on 15th January 1999, at 12 noon. The Meeting is called pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at 47 London Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 4PS, no later than noon on the working day immediately before the Meeting. J. A.
