Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Bartfield & Co., Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF, on 21st January 1999, commencing at 11.45 a.m. and 12 noon respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at the above address not later than 12 noon on the day preceding the Meetings.
