Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of C. Jacobs & Co., 2nd Floor, Fergusson House, 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NJ, on 14th January 1999, at 11.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies for use at the Meetings should be lodged with the Liquidator at 2nd Floor, Fergusson House, 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NJ, no later than 12 noon on 13th January 1999. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and a proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor of the Company. M. H.
