Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 29th May 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25th November 1998, Lynda Jacqueline Griffin, who resides at Ardwyn, Llanon, Ceredigion, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of LAUREN JADE GRIFFIN, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Pollinger and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Griffin.
