NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the above Act that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by JCD Associates, Rogerfield House, Manor Brow, Keswick CA12 4AP, on behalf of Keswick Anglers Association, to discharge a maximum of 29.5 cubic metres per day of trade effluent from the proposed fish hatchery at Brundholme, Keswick, Cumbria for the period 1st November to 1st April each year inclusive to the River Greta at National Grid Reference NY 2745 2390. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Ian Walker, Authorisations Officer, Environment Agency, Customer Services Section, Ghyll Mount, Gillan Way, Penrith 40 Business Park, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 9BP, not later than 22nd January 1999 quoting Ref. N/33/P/98. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the office above between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. each Monday to Friday. I.
