Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held in conjunction with the Final Meetings, at White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford, the office of the Liquidator, on 31st December 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the Liquidation of the Company has been conducted to date and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
