Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of CWF (Underwriting Agencies) Limited will be held at 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, on 6th January 1999, at 11.15 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
