Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above Company will be held at Deloitte & Touche, 10-12 East Parade, Leeds LS1 2AJ, on 11th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m., to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following Ordinary Resolution and Extraordinary Resolution: That the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the Liquidation be approved, and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of as the Liquidator sees fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention”.
