Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 21 Fetter Lane, London E.C.4, on 13th January 1999, at 3.30 p.m., to receive the account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting may appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote in his stead.
