Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of KPMG, The Fountain Precinct, 1 Balm Green Sheffied S1 3AF, on 8th January 1999, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of KPMG Corportate Recovery, The Fountain Precinct, 1 Balm Green Sheffield S1 3AF, by not later than 4 p.m., on 7th January 1999. R. C. J.
