Meetings of Members and of Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of having a final account laid before the Meetings, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and to grant the Liquidator’s release. The Meetings will be held at Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JB, on 31st December 1998, at 2.45 p.m. for Members and 3 p.m. for Creditors.
