A third party is intending to pay in full all claims of Creditors listed in the debtor’s statement of affairs. Before I obtain my release, I would like to hear from any Creditor who may have a claim in the debtor’s estate as at 5th February 1997, being the date of the Bankruptcy Order. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 23rd December 1998, failing which will be excluded from this distribution and I will apply for my release and bring the above matter to a conclusion.
