At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Third Floor, Norwich House, Savile Street, Hull, on 23rd November 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Christopher Charles Garwood and Francesca Patrice Devine, both of Norwich House, Savile Street, Hull, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” V.
