At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Berkely Jackson, The Old Mill, Park Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 5BS, on 20th November 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Stanley Gildethorp, of Gilderthorp & Partners, 22 Paul Street, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 5LA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” F.
