Water Resources Act 1991—Schedule 10 As Amended by the Environment Act 1995

Notice of application for consent for the purposes of section 88

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10 of the above Act, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Parkhill Estates Limited for consent to discharge 3 separate discharges of:   Discharge 1: up to 302 cubic metres per day of trade effluent consisting of pumped void water at National Grid Reference SP 3280 9288.   Discharge 2: a rainfall related volume of trade effluent consisting of site drainage at National Grid Reference SP 3255 9263.   Discharge 3: a rainfall related volume of trade effluent consisting of site drainage during storm conditions at National Grid Reference SP 3256 9263.   The discharges shall be to an unnamed tributary of the Bar Pool Brook from the disused Concrete Blockworks and adjoining land off Plough Hill Road, Chapel End, Nuneaton.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Area Consents Officer at the Agency’s offices at Sentinel House, 9 Wellington Crescent, Fradley Park, Lichfield WS13 8RR, during the period 27th November 1998 to 9th January 1999, quoting references CP/UT/71218, CP/UT/71219 and CP/UT/71220.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Agency’s offices at the above address and at Olton Court, 10 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull, West Midlands B92 7HX.
