Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of KPMG, on 6th January 1999, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading RG7 4SD, by not later than 12 noon on 5th January 1999. H. Evans, Liquidator 20th November 1998.
