Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 63 Fosse Way, Syston, Leicester, on Friday, 18th December 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before it an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and fixing the Liquidator’s remuneration. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
