Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that W. J. and M. Bibby, of Abbey Lodge, Bootham Lane, Dunscroft, Doncaster, are applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 3/28/83/243/S to abstract water from the Hatfield Waste Drain at National Grid Reference SE 6905 0825 and 6946 0833 at Hatfield.   The variation being applied for is to increase the instantaneous rate of abstraction from 6.5 to 13 litres per second and to add additional land. There is no increase in the daily and annual rates of abstraction.   A copy of the application and any maps, plans or other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at Kenyon Son & Craddock, 32 South Parade, Thorne, Doncaster, between 1st and 28th December 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Scarrington Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 5FA, before the end of the said period.
