Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AP, on 15th December 1998, at 3 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. respectively, for the purposes provided for in the said section.
