Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on Friday, 11th December 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a General Meeting of Creditors for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
