At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 26-28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands WS1 1QL, on 29th October 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Timothy Frank Corfield, of Griffin and King, 26-28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands WS1 1QL, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” S.
