No. 5270 of 1998In the Matter of STEVE NEWBURY AND ALAN MATTHEWS SNOOKER WALES (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership, whose principal place of business is 51 Mackworth Drive, Cimla, Neath, Port Talbot SA11 2QA, presented on 17th September 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Cardiff VAT Office, Portcullis House, 21 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF1 9SS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 25th November 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 24th November 1998.
