The Trunk Road (A483) (Pool Quay, Powys) (50 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that on 2nd November 1998, the Secretary of State made the above Order which will come into operation on 9th November 1998.   The effect is as stated in notice No. 55218 in The London Gazette, dated 7th August 1998.   Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or that any requirement of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been compiled with, may, within 6 weeks of 9th November 1998, apply to the High Court for this purpose.   A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Powys County Council, Technical Services Department, Clive House, Severn Road, Welshpool.
