Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that U & D. Cobbold, Florigan House, The Drift, Fornham St. Martin, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 1SU, are applying to the Environment Agency to vary Licence Serial No. 6/33/40/S/43 to abstract water from drains between National Grid Reference TL 662 846 and TL 662 849, and between TL 671 853 and TL 671 849, and between TL 664 854 and TL 665 856, at Sedge Fen, Lakenheath, Suffolk.   The variation being applied for is to add land and an abstraction point from the cut-off channel at National Grid Reference TL 7174 8431 near Rabbit Hill, Lakenheath, Suffolk.   A copy of the application and any maps, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at RTS Irrigation Ltd., The Irricentre, Sedge Fen, Lakenheath, Suffolk IP27 9LF, between 9th November 1998 and 9th December 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period.
